Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original state with tags attached. Return requests must be placed within the return period from the delivery date. Products showing wear, damage, or modifications will not be approved.
Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected. The amount is credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A shipping confirmation email is shared once the order has been shipped. We strive to process and dispatch orders without delay.
